Ryan Hicks

Ryan Hicks began his career at Sonic Surveys as a shop hand, learning every part of the operation from the ground up. After gaining experience in the field as a wireline rigger, he transitioned into refinery work where he was responsible for sulfiding catalyst during startup operations. That hands-on industrial experience gave him a deeper understanding of process safety and startup procedures.

Ryan has since returned to Sonic Surveys as Business Development Manager, where he focuses on client relations, project growth, and continuing to uphold the same quality and safety standards the company was built on.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time outdoors, reflecting his down-to-earth approach and appreciation for hard work and balance.
